I'm an experience designer with over a decade of working across Europe and Asia.

My background spans sports entertainment, telecoms, health-tech and healthcare communications. I've alternated between creating zero-to-one products and optimising apps and customer journeys for millions of users.

My toolkit covers product and service design, user and market research, customer experience, brand, marketing and more recently AI-assisted analysis and workflow automation.

Outside of work I enjoy street photography in Singapore and beyond.
